TION BREEZER O2

Compact ventilation system for home and hospitals

TION BREEZER O2 is the development and patented equipment of the Tion company.

WHAT IS TION BREEZER O2?

The Breezer Tion O2 is an inflow ventilation system for home and office. The device takes air from outside, cleans, oxygenates, and heats it to a comfortable temperature. Choose a time- and energy-saving ventilation! At the same time.

FRESH 24 HOURS

The breather continuously supplies fresh air from the street with the windows closed.

QUIET

The windows are closed and noise from streets and highways does not enter the premises.

DUST REMOVAL

A cascade of 3 filters deeply purifies the air according to the medical standard.

NO DRAFTS

The supply air is heated and protects against drafts in winter.

Working Principle

1. Decorative grille

Grille plays a decorative role closing the intake channel opening and protects the device from rain, birds and insects.

2. Insulated air duct

An insulated air channel to provide outdoor air intake. Insulation protects against wall frosting and blocks outside noises.

3. Remote controller

Remote controller allows mounting the device at any desired level above the ground.

4. Control system

Controls and manages the fan, air valve, heater and timer.

5. Air valve

Prevents outdoor air from entering the room when the device is switched off.

6. MagicAir remote communication unit

Tion O2 MAC configuration of the Breezer supports Tion MagicAir smart microclimate control system. Gadget controls the Breezer and automatically adjusts the performance based on the CO2 sensor readings. User monitors air quality and controls the system via mobile app.

7. F7 class carbon-covered base filter

Traps large and medium size dust particles, fuzz, soot and allergens with efficiency of up to 90%. Extends service life of the high efficiency HEPA filter.

8. Heater with the climate control feature

Guarantees that outdoor air is heated before it enters the room, for example during winter or cold seasons. The climate control feature automatically adjusts heater temperature. This unit can be removed if device is operated in warm regions.

9. H11 class high-efficiency HEPA filter

Medical standard of air cleaning! Traps the finest particles of dust, allergens, bacteria, viruses, mold, and fungi with efficiency >95%. Only HEPA filters can trap dangerous micro-organisms (lower-class filters cannot stop them).

10. Adsorption-catalytic filter

Performs deep air cleaning from car exhausts and industrial emissions down to permissible standard levels.

11. Fan

Provides forced air intake.

SMARTPHONE CONTROL

The MagicAir base station measures air quality, transmits data to a mobile application and controls the TION Breezer purifier-disinfectant.

CONVENIENT CONTROL

Control your Breezer 3S using an LCD-display remote controller unit, or using the free MagicAir mobile app. Just download the MagicAir app from Google Play or the App Store and install it on your smartphone.

MagicAir application for IOS and Android is available free.
Web interface for PC users.

SMART VENTILATION WITH MAGICAIR

Start the automatic Breezer operation or control it remotely using the MagicAir mobile app. The MagicAir Base Station measures the air quality, transmits the data to the app, and adjusts the Breezer operation to the user defined parameters.

1. Connect Breezer to MagicAir Base Station and adjust CO2 and incoming air reheat temperature levels in the mobile application as necessary.
2. Base Station measures air quality in the room and commands Breezer to achieve the desired air environment and maintain it without user input.
3. Breezer works exactly as intended and only when necessary. This ensures a comfortable microclimate, the most optimal operation and efficient use of energy.

INSTALLATION OF TION BREEZER

The standard installation of the breezer takes only one hour provided that it is carried out by specialists with professional equipment.

1. Choosing a place on the wall

The Breezer can be installed under a window sill, near a radiator or by the side of a window. The remote controller also allows the device to be placed under the ceiling.

2. Installation

The installation crew drills a hole in the wall using a diamond drilling machine, quickly and cleanly. The hole is then heat- and noise-insulated with a special material, and closed off with a decorative grille from the outside.

3. Plugging

The Breezer is mounted on the wall; the inlet of the device is tightly sealed to the air duct to eliminate drafts. The Breezer is plugged into an ordinary power socket.

COVID-19

How large is a coronavirus  compared to the PM 10-2.5?

Virions (or “particles”) of coronaviruses are spherical particles between 0.06 micron and 0.14 micron in diameter, averaging about 0.125 micron, measured by electron microscope (Zhu et al, 2020). This means that coronavirus particles are smaller than PM2.5, but larger than some dust and gas particles

Does higher concentrations of PM10-2.5 increase COVID-19 contagion rates?

On 20 March 2020, Setti et all published a study at the Italian Society of Environmental Medicine (SIMA), in which they found a linear relationship with R=0.98 between PM10 levels above 50 microns / m3 and the rate of spread of COVID-19 in Italy. These results are fully consistent with scientific studies on the spread of viruses and bacteria in the population by suspended particles, which correlate the incidence of viral infections with the levels of atmospheric particles (PM10 and PM2.5). (Ciencewicki J. et al., 2007; Sedlmaier N., et al., 2009).The Italian experience indicates a direct relationship between higher levels of particulate matter PM10-2.5 and higher levels of VOC-19.
For every 50 μg/m3 increase in the daily average, the logarithmic infection rate increases by 0.234%. That is to say that at average PM10 levels of 350 μg/m3 , our infection rate will be twice as high as at levels below 50 μg/m3 , as can be seen among the different infection curves observed in the regions analysed in the Italian publication, in which the high infection rate in Lombardy in the other Italian regions stands out.
