TION ECO is the development and patented equipment of the Tion company.
Tion Eco is a bactericidal unit with integrated air purification for supply ventilation systems for buildings of all purposes. It works in combination as a bactericidal disinfection unit and a channel filter with the function of air filtration and gas cleaning. The air passing through the Tion Eco is bactericidal and filtered from all types of pollutants: particles of all sizes, mold, bacteria and viruses, allergens, exhaust gases and odors. It is used for dedusting, air purification from harmful substances, and also as a bactericidal disinfection filter for the recirculation branch when organizing ventilation of hospitals,halls, archives, museums, any residential, public buildings and industries.

In any air handling unit that you buy, "by default" there are coarse air filters G3 - G4. They are mainly designed to protect against coarse dust, fluff, etc. At best, an F7 dust filter and a carbon filter are additionally offered. Such filters trap only pollutants larger than 5 microns, and the most dangerous micro- and nanosized particles enter the room and our lungs. In addition, conventional filters accumulate bacteria and mold spores, becoming breeding grounds for infection.
Tion Eco purifies and disinfects the air in the complex from all contaminants at once. Tion filters are always sterile due to inactivation.
Therefore, there is no need to specialize filters.
Tion Eco excels in the efficiency of air purification and disinfection of the UV disinfection section. All pathogenic microorganisms, including those resistant to UV radiation, are retained and killed on active Tion HEPA filters. This result cannot be achieved using traditional UV germicidal units. Tion allows you to completely eliminate the risk of dangerous microflora entering the room.
The worse the filter in ventilation, the faster the air ducts through which the air enters the room become dirty. Special equipment is used to clean them. This service is not cheap and with the current air pollution should be carried out at least once a year, otherwise the air ducts become an accumulation of dirt, due to which the ventilation performance will decrease, become a "breeding ground" of mold, bacteria, and other microorganisms.

The LED control and monitoring panel is designed for convenient control of Tion air purification units. It duplicates the signals of the indication panel located on the unit's automation unit. It can be located in any convenient place.
The unit is controlled from the control and monitoring panel. Up to 4 units of various capacities can be connected to one console at the same time. Installations connected to one control panel can be located in different rooms, the maximum distance to the control panel can be up to 100m. The units can be connected to a unified building management system.
