The 38-year-old nuclear physicist from Novosibirsk, Dmitry Trubitsyn since 2006, traded systems for air purification and disinfection.Trubitsyn graduated as a nuclear physicist at Novosibirsk State University, and in 2002 transferred to a magistracy at the Department of Chemical and Biological Physics, where he began to study methods of purifying air from molecular impurities. And at the end of 2007, they found the first buyer - Tolmachevo Airport, whose management was looking only for a local manufacturer for air purifiers. This order brought Trubitsyn 400,000 rubles in revenue. Following this, the Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theater and the local office of the British American Tobacco company turned to the scientist. In 2008, the company signed the first major contract for 4 million rubles with a business center in Georgia - cold sales by telephoneworked.At first, between orders, the company barely made ends meet. “For a long time we crawled on a bloodied belly, because we constantly worked on devices - we listened to feedback with screwdrivers in our hands,” Trubitsynre calls. He even had to sell a used Toyota to pay salaries.Having left for Moscow, the company began to conclude contracts with municipal and private hospitals, to participate in state tenders. Thanks to this, in 2013, according to the entrepreneur, Tion’s revenue grew to 500 million rubles a year.Trubitsyn invested free money in the development of household appliances for apartments. He released two options: a breather - a ventilation unit with a filter that provides an influx of clean air with the windows closed, and MagicAir - a gadget that measures temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration and controls the climate technology.In the wake of interest in a healthy lifestyle and caring for themselves, the technique diverged perfectly. The company opened offices in Moscow, Novosibirsk and Shenzhen, found dealers in Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine and Slovakia. Today Tion is sold in 2000 stores, including Leroy Merlin hypermarkets, Ozon, Beru, Wildberries online stores. Revenues for 2018, according to the founder, amounted to 760 million rubles, in 2019 exceeded 1.1 billion rubles.
