Laminar ceilings and cells Tion V Lam

Solutions for high efficiency of disinfection

TION Laminar ceilings and cells Tion V Lam is the development and patented equipment of the Tion company.

Laminar ceilings and cells Tion V Lam are ceiling devices for supplying clean air to areas with special requirements for cleanliness using a unidirectional flow. Air enters from the street through the ventilation system (or is taken directly from the serviced room if a recirculation column is connected), passes through the cleaning and disinfection system in the laminar ceiling, and enters the area of the operating table or patient's bed in a unidirectional flow, from top to bottom. Laminar ceiling Tion V Lam simultaneously filters out particles, inactivates (destroys) all types of microorganisms, cleans the air from odors and harmful gases. Device class - HEPA H14 meets ISO 5 class air filtration requirements for clean areas.

1Laminar ceilings and cells Tion V Lam not only filters and disinfects, but also cleans the air from dust, allergens, harmful substances and odors.

1Equally high efficiency of disinfection for all types of microorganisms, including those resistant to UV radiation: molds, mycobacterium tuberculosis, etc.

1The high filtration class excludes the ingress of dead microorganisms into the room.

1No ultraviolet lamps - no wiping, verification, their special disposal.

1Does not emit harmful substances and does not create hazardous radiation.

1They can also be placed in rooms with ceilings only 3 meters high.

1They can operate in partial or full recirculation mode due to the recirculation column.

1The pressure drop across the filters of the device is several times lower than on laminar machines with conventional HEPA filters.

1Replacement elements Tion B Lam are cheaper than UV lamps and conventional HEPA filters.

1Energy consumption is 10 times lower than that of bactericidal sections.

Comparison of technologies

Laminar ceilings and cells Tion V Lam is a comprehensive solution to achieve the required parameters of air purity specified by standards. Filtration of particles and microorganisms, disinfection with inactivation according to SanPiN 2.1.3.2630-10 and cleaning from harmful gases are carried out in a single device.

Cleaning from harmful gases and odors up to the MPC level

Principle of operation

(1) The prefiter retains coarse dust and prevents dirt, fluff and wool from getting inside the device.Passing through the electrostatic unit.
(2) Pollutants and bioaerosols acquire an electrostatic charge and are efficiently deposited on a volumetric HEPA filter.
(3) Due to the ozone produced from oxygen, an electrostatic unit in bactericidal concentrations ensures the inactivation (destruction) of viruses, bacteria, and mould spores. Due to inactivation, the volumetric HEPA filter is constantly sterilised during operation, including filter replacement (special methods for the disposal of used filters are not required). This ensures complete microbiological safety of the filtration system.Ozone is completely decomposed into oxygen, passing through an adsorption catalytic filter.
(4) While accelerating the destruction of molecular chemical compounds. The adsorption-catalytic filter is designed to filter harmful substances in the gas phase and odors. Concentrations of ozone at the outlet of the device are guaranteed not to exceed the MPCss for the entire lifecycle. Thus, the device can be operated around the clock in the presence of people. When used, the device does not change the microclimatic parameters(temperature, humidity) and the ionic composition of the air.

The current requirements of SanPiN 2.1.3.2630-10, GOST R 52539-2006, SP 118.13330.2012 for laminar ceilings used in the premises of health care facilities:
  1. The speed of the laminar flow in the protected area is not less than 0.24 m / s
  2. Filtration of mechanical particles with an efficiency not lower than H14.
  3. The efficiency of inactivation of microorganisms, including molds, is not less than 99%.
  4. Air purification from harmful substances and chemical compounds up to the MPC level.
  5. The body of the device must be resistant to treatment with disinfectants used in healthcare facilities.
  6. Possibility of integrating the device into the building management system.

USAGE OF LAMINAR CEILINGS

Laminar ceiling with ventilation connection (100% air from outside)

Laminar ceiling with connection to ventilation and recirculation through the recirculation column (s) (part of the air is taken from the street, part from the room)

Recirculation column

Recirculation column -RP is supplied on request for laminar ceiling. Allows to reduce the intake of fresh air from the street due to the intake of part of the air from the serviced room. This reduces the load and energy consumption of the ventilation system for heating and cooling the supply air. The fan speed is automatically adjusted depending on the supplied volume of fresh air in order to achieve the standard value of the air flow rate at the exit from the laminar ceiling (0.24 m / s). The recirculation column is mounted on the wall of the room. If necessary, the column (s) allows the laminar system to operate without being connected to ventilation: all air is taken from the room by the recirculation columns -RP, disinfected, cleaned and fed back into the room.

Ensuring the frequency of air exchange and air purity standards: In the premises of pharmacies: control and analytical, washing, unpacking, as well as warehouses for storing stocks, the requirements for air purity are not regulated, but air exchange rates apply. They are achieved by arranging a central supply and exhaust ventilation system, or, if it is impossible or absent, by installing a compact supply ventilation with air purification in each separate room. F9  and inactivation of microorganisms on filters at least 95% .Equipment: compact supply ventilation Breezer Tion O2  or our flagship model Breezer TION 3S with air purification (up to 120 m3 / h, HEPA class air purification, climate control)
