The Operator collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary for the provision of the Service and the provision of services (execution of agreements with the User), in particular for processing the User's orders, purchasing the Operator's goods by the User, fulfilling the obligations assumed by the Operator under the contract with By the user. Data processing and storage is carried out on the territory of the Russian Federation on the servers of RTKloud LLC (legal address: 119590, Moscow, Minskaya str., 1G, building 1, room XIV, room 1, TIN 7729443821)The term of this Consent is unlimited. The processing of personal data may be terminated at the request of the personal subject or his representative by sending a written application addressed to Tion Holding Company JSC at the address indicated at the beginning of this Consent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt. Please note that withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of the account from the Operator's websites and applications, as well as the destruction of records containing personal data in the Operator's personal data processing system, which may make it impossible to use the Operator's Services.
