Tion Solutions for medical institutions

Why medical and healthcare institutions choose Tion?

Tion’s technology has a unique advantage over traditional air purification and decontamination solutions

With cutting edge methods for air purification and our own new filtering materials, we have developed an active HEPA filtering technology that allows us to achieve the highest air purification and decontamination specifications, with the lowest power consumption and cost of replacing parts. Tion technology has made it possible to increase air purification and decontamination efficiency and safety, while avoiding the disadvantages of UV decontamination, photocatalysis and regular HEPA filtering.
Tion is modern professional equipment that simultaneously removes impurities, inactivates microorganisms on the filters, and removes strong smells and hazardous gases from the air. Its effectiveness is confirmed by leading institutes and feedback from medical facilities. Tion guarantees that the indoor air quality fully complies with current standard requirements. Over 1000 medical facilities all over the country are fitted with our equipment. We perform supervised installation, warranty and maintenance servicing of our equipment. Our developing network consists of more than 100 partners in different cities in Russia and abroad.

Tion offers equipment for air purification solutions for medical facilities of all cleanliness classes.

What makes Tion Solutions Class leading?

THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF AIR ENVIRONMENT SAFETY

Tion’s active HEPA filters capture and destroy all pathogenic microorganisms, including UV-RESISTANT ONES (air decontamination + inactivation). This completely eliminates the risk of hazardous microorganisms entering the facility. Such results cannot be achieved using regular fabric HEPA filters and UV lamps. Besides, the HEPA filter removes smells and harmful gases from the air, thus ensuring compliance with the norms of maximum permissible concentration of hazardous substances. The Tion filters are designed for operation in the presence of smoke, smog, high dust content; they are also absolutely safe and do not require special disposal procedures.

COST SAVINGS ON PART REPLACEMENT

The cost of replacing Tion filters is 5 to 10 times less than fabric and paper HEPA filters and UV lamps, and at the same time, replacement frequency is 2 to 3 times lower due to their increased capacity. This provides significant savings for consumable materials and maintenance of the air purification and decontamination equipment. This is possible due to the unique properties of Tion filters. The material in active HEPA filters has a special porous and rigid structure, which is resistant to mechanical impact and damage. It ensures a low pressure drop and high dust capability (and a patent-protected manufacturing technology).

SIMPLE MAINTENANCE

Instead of a separate set of filters and decontamination sections, air cleanliness is provided by a single Tion device, which features an automatic service alarm system. This significantly improves reliability and simplifies the maintenance procedure.

ELECTRIC POWER SAVING

Tion consumes many times less electric power than UV lamps. The pressure drop over the Tion filters is several times lower than over fabric HEPA filters (this reduces power consumption of the ventilation motors). This reduces power consumption and provides significant saving on the electricity consumed by the ventilation system.

HOSPITALS,MEDICAL LABS AND CLEAN ROOMS

Protecting critical areas of operations To protect critical operations, such as operation rooms, medical and chemical Labs, it is necessary to organise local clean zones off ISO 5 class. For This, it is necessary to use air-cleaning equipment (for example, laminar cells that are built into a suspended ceiling ), providing unidirectional vertical air flow with filtration not lower than class H14 and disinfection and inactivation of microorganisms to the MPC level of microbial contamination ulcer of clean zones. This will prevent contamination (pollution) of products from the air and ensure the safety and quality of the finished product.Equipment: TION Laminar ceilings and cells Tion V Lam M2.
2 Cleaning and disinfecting air in ventilation to protect patients and medical personnel In the mechanical ventilation systems of the discussing and auxiliary zones of clean operation rooms, medical and chemical labs where chances of contamination is possible ,it is necessary to provide for disinfection, as well as cleaning of the supply air from harmful substances and dust,Heating, ventilation and air conditioning ”. Filtering of class H11-H13 is recommended (class ISO6 - for surrounding areas, ISO7, ISO 8 - for auxiliary). For this, integrated cleaning plants are built into the supply ventilation system, air passes through a filtration and disinfection system and enters the room through ceiling air diffusers. This ensures protection against infection from the air during operations,Equipment: for the supply channel: channel cleaners Tion Eco air disinfect-ors (capacity from 400 to 27500 m3/ h); for the purification of polluted exhaust exhaust channel: channel air purifiers Tion Ext (Page-32) (capacity from 400 to 27500 m3 / h)
3 Diminution in rooms with out natural ventilation To protect against bio-pollution from air in small rooms, including where a ventilation system is not provided (laboratory rooms, etc.) with air purification, it is advisable to use bactericidal re-circulators (disinfecting air purifiers). Re-circulators are effective in operation rooms, medical and chemical Lab Equipment: bactericidal air purifier) Tion Clever up to 150 m3 / h, H11 filtration, 99.9% disinfection, air purification from harmful substances to MPC standards); for additional ventilation of the room: compact supply ventilation Breezer Tion O2  or our flagship model Breezer TION 3S with air purification (up to 120-160 m3/ h, HEPA class air treatment, climate control).

Protecting Critical Operations in Drug Manufacturing: Unidirectional airflow devices are used to protect critical operations such as filling and capping against airborne contamination. A laminar ceiling or cell is built into the ventilation supply duct directly into the ceiling above the working area and provides a continuous supply of purified and sterile unidirectional air flow. The device must provide air filtration of class H14  and inactivation of microorganisms on filters at least 99% (requirements for class A according to SanPiN 2.1.3.2630-10). The area of the laminar field of the device is selected depending on the area of the working area of the cleaner production.Equipment: Laminar cells  Tion V Lam-M1 (600x600x400mm), Tion V Lam-M2 (1200x600x400mm)Laminar ceilings Tion V Lam-2 (1800x1000x400mm); for low ceilings: Tion B Lam-2 H290 (1800x1000x290mm)

Ensuring the frequency of air exchange and air purity standards: In the premises of pharmacies: control and analytical, washing, unpacking, as well as warehouses for storing stocks, the requirements for air purity are not regulated, but air exchange rates apply. They are achieved by arranging a central supply and exhaust ventilation system, or, if it is impossible or absent, by installing a compact supply ventilation with air purification in each separate room. F9  and inactivation of microorganisms on filters at least 95% .Equipment: compact supply ventilation Breezer Tion O2  or our flagship model Breezer TION 3S with air purification (up to 120 m3 / h, HEPA class air purification, climate control)
